This privacy policy describes how SIA B Capital processes personal data submitted through the contact form on bcapital.lv or provided when contacting us by email or telephone.

What data we process
We process only the data you yourself provide in the contact form or in other communication with us:
- company name and registration number;
- name and surname of the contact person;
- telephone number and email address;
- the description of your situation and the approximate debt amount you provide.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process the data in order to respond to your enquiry, prepare an initial case assessment and, if we agree to work together, prepare and conclude a contract. The legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received, as well as taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Retention period
We retain communication data for no longer than 2 years after our correspondence ends. If a contract is concluded, the related data is retained in accordance with the document retention periods set out in applicable legislation.
Recipients of the data
Your data is not disclosed to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law where disclosure is required by competent authorities.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@bcapital.lv.
